By utilizing data from the Health app through HealthKit, the HRM app securely records heart rate information without generating additional data. Its straightforward interface offers a simple and trustworthy alternative to traditional chest straps.

It's important to note that the HRM app is a paid subscription-based service, which includes a free seven-day trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period, and details can be managed through Apple ID Account Settings post-purchase.
